Posted by 1 on

Project GRAPEful Grape News LogoProject GRAPEful continues…Recap: We aim to bless our readers who, for the most part, have had a very difficult year in 2015.  For the next 21 days until Thanksgiving day, we will be sharing inspiring stories and things we are “GRAPEful” for.  We pray these tidbits bless you and that you and your family will find peace and strength each day.  (Aside from being able to enter to win prizes which you can read more about by clicking the link above.)  Another GRAPEful installment from my article, The Blessings of Pain: 5. Pain enables you to be sympathetic. Not only do they feel compassion for those who are suffering, but they are sympathetic.  They not only say the right things, but they do so in the spirit of sympathy that means so much to others even if they haven’t experienced exactly the same struggle. So today, I’m thankful for being able to have sympathy for others but also for so many who have gone through so many things and were sympathetic toward ME! What are your struggles and what are you thankful for today?  Please share as a comment down below this post. And please share this post with your Facebook family and other social media friends to inspire them to come and share their own as well.  We’ll be praying for each person listed below. ============================================================= Here’s what will be awarded for the contest so far: 1. The most inspirational story 2. The person who shared our blog posts the most 3. • Today I am grapeful for my small, aging house. This house is our home. It is our safe and comfortable gathering place. It is where love and laughter are spread. It is where ideas and creativity are born. Our home is where challenges and struggles are resolved. Our home is also the place where tolerance and appreciation are practiced. So when I look around and see dirty carpets, limited space to entertain, older, poor functioning appliances etc., I must remember… I AM grapeful for my home!
