Day 1: Project GRAPEful

Project GRAPEful Grape News LogoHere at Grape Stuff, we are pleased to provide Grape Stuff: Great Stuff for You and Your Family.  A play on words, but something we believe in strongly. Project GRAPEful is the same.  A play on words, but something we believe in strongly.  We aim to bless our readers who, for the most part, have had a very difficult year in 2015. For the next 21 days until Thanksgiving day, we will be sharing inspiring stories and things we are "GRAPEful" for.  We pray these tidbits bless you and that you and your family will find peace and strength each day.  (Aside from being able to enter to win prizes which you can read more about by clicking the link above.) My family started the year off with an unexpected downturn in our finances as my husband lost his job in February.  Despite this, we have banded together as a family to create this new company, Grape Stuff, and embarked on an adventure of sharing our first product with the Amazon family.  Though starting a new business has been a struggle for us, we have learned a lot, not the least of which is that we can count on each other and the Lord to bless us. So today, I'm thankful for my family and my Father in Heaven for the unending support! What are your struggles and what are you thankful for today?  Please share as a comment down below this post. And please share this post with your Facebook family and other social media friends to inspire them to come and share their own as well.  We'll be praying for each person listed below. ============================================================= Here's what will be awarded for the contest so far: 1. The most inspirational story 2. The person who shared our blog posts the most 3. The most insightful thing gained from doing this project Prizes will include: GGB Main Pix   Grape Grill Buddy BBQ Grill Mats     Adult'sStudies3001   Art of Eloquence Prize Packages     =============================================================

  • I am grapeful for the green tree outside my backyard window with all its grace and beauty. I am most aware of my grapefulness for this calming gift because the tree outside my front yard window has gone into that good night with our California drought. No longer shall we see its strong and vast backdrop for our family pictures. No longer shall we watch the birds visit and sing. It has passed. And we are sad. This Saturday that prominent fixture in our yard is coming down. It will be a family event complete with chainsaws, a video camera and the love of our combined efforts. Good bye old Pine friend. I have even more appreciation for your sister in the backyard. I AM grapeful for that Magnolia and the birds and breezes it treats me to each day.

  • Aww…I’m sorry too. But grapeful you have the other tree still with all its beauty!
